Our Story
"After graduation, I was mismatched by several recruiters who had little understanding of the electrical industry. I noticed that many top companies had positions open for extended periods, which seemed unusual to me. That's when I realized there was a significant gap in how the industry was being staffed. Motivated by this insight, I decided to dedicate my expertise to addressing these challenges, and that's how MeshGrid HR was born."
